It’s really hard to write this, but we lost our Sue Cat at the end of July. She was the best cat in the world (sorry Morty). She got me through a lot of hard times when it was just her and I living together. She was the best cat even when we added new things to our lives. We added Trisha, Eevee, Olivia, Morty, Sylvie, and the Chickens over the years. She was still the best, most chill, and nicest cat. She never once tried to bite anyone. She had some little tricks like coming by name and climbing your leg when you pat your chest. When she started getting sick she really took a turn quickly. The vet said she had a large tumor, and there was no way to safely operate. We had to say our goodbyes and end up having her euthanized so she was no longer in pain. She was really the best cat, and she will be missed.
Sorry to start off with something so heavy, but there are happy things in this post too! Since I totally failed at writing my other posts, you get double episodes Lil’ Oak Adventures in this one!
Episode 005 is our Father’s Day hike at one of our favorite places to hike. It is also a Father’s Day tradition to do this hike, and this happened to be the 5th year in a row (pure coincidence that the episode number matches haha).
Episode 006 is our family vacation! This episode is very long, but it was hard to cut it down this much. We had a lot of fun activities on that trip.
I do have another Lil’ Oak Adventures edited! I just finished it right before I finished this post. That one will be Independence Day – just a bit late as we roll into September. Then I have a bunch of random clips that I might turn into a chaos type episode.
Pokemon League things have been going great! We launched our website – PlayFindlay.com – so people can be more aware of events happening. We are going to expand the site more in the coming times. We have been hosting Pokemon GO and Pokemon Video Game events as well. The community is really awesome and growing!
In card things – next major event for me will be Louisville Kentucky! Going out with some of the local crew. That means I need to dial in a Standard deck.. I am not sure if it’s still a version of Future Box, or United Burbs, or some other new thing.. Better get on play testing yesterday.
Welp that’s about it for this one. Maybe we will get another post end of September (Spooky Season begins), or maybe I post in a few months. Only consistent thing with these posts is how inconsistently I get them out there haha.
