Welp, bye February and March – and half of April! That went too quick.. So what to update?
My daughter has been watching a lot of Minecraft YouTubers, and wanted to play. I got her setup on her iPad, and got my computer reinstalled (since I bought it forever ago but never play).. fast forward to now, and we each have our own Realm subscription for a 10 person Realm. We are playing with Friends and Family. I will say I am semi addicted now (okay super addicted haha). I am doing all the resource grinds so the kiddos can play with good gear and do the fun content. It has been fun watching Olivia make new things in the sandbox worlds. We might make even some Minecraft video content soon.
The Pokémon Trading Card Game thing has still been a going. Helping run multiple leagues in town now. We have added a shop – MRC Card Shop – and looking to build up players there. We will be doing Midnight pre-release events! Now I don’t have to get home at like 4 AM when we do those. I have mostly been running things, rather than playing, so I really need to update my decks. The market on cards is so crazy right now I have started to sell off a few things I don’t care about (and also make some room in my office).
We added some more animals to the family. We have four new chickens a growing, and they are already over five weeks old! When they are about eight weeks old we will be moving them into the coop and run with our other six chickens. Our existing chickens are producing about five eggs a day on average now that it is nice out. It will be good to get to a point where we have extra eggs for friends and family. Right now we are consuming everything they are producing.
I want to get better about writing posts, social things, making videos.. It just takes so much time. I was hoping my work load would calm down, but it has not happened yet. Our big release goes live on Monday so fingers crossed I get some time to relax and do things I want to do. So maybe I get better about these things.. or maybe I go back to the void and you hear from me in a few months.. Byyyyyyye!
